I am a Corporate lawyer. My hands on experience has given me a good grasp of business.  Do I still need an MBA degree?

Having a vast experience in one's field is certainly good as practical knowledge is much more important than theorytical knowledge. MBA degree from a reputed institute surely serves as an added advantage to your profile but yes at the end of the day experience matters
