Note that for hostel residents, boarding and lodging expense would be approximately INR 70,000.

4- IIT Kanpur Department of Industrial and management engineering
A1. General and OBC Candidates
Rs 40,000 (approx) per semester excluding food, personal expenses, books etc. (likely to be revised upward as per institute policy)
A2. SC and ST Candidates
Rs 20,000 (approx) per semester excluding food, personal expenses, books etc. (likely to be revised upward as per institute policy)
5- VGSoM IIT Kharagpur
Fees for the MBA programme of four semesters cover tuition fee, room rent, part of the teaching materials, library and computer facilities and other institutional fees. The current fees are Rs. 1,25,000/- per semester.
Additionally, the following amounts will be charged in every semester as per Institute rules.
(i) Hostel Overhead Charges: Rs. 3700.00 per semester
(ii) Students’ Insurance: Rs. 425.00 per annum
(iii) Gymkhana Fee: Rs. 200.00 per semester
(iv) Mess Advance: Rs. 8000.00 per semester (adjustable with the mess bill)
6- DMS IIT Roorkee
Program fee (Tuition fee) for the regular candidates is Rs 35000 per semester and for sponsored candidates is Rs. 60000 per semester. Apart from this candidates have to pay for security, mess charges, hostel and other institute charges. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying tuition fee. The above fees are subject to change and the exact amount payable by the students shall be communicated at the time of admission.
